Special terms

Children staying in the 2nd room remain the responsibility of their parents. Children’s age must comply with the children policy of the hotel.The two rooms will not necessarily have connecting doors (subject to hotel availability). The 50% discount on the second room is calculated based on the average nightly price under the “Flexible Rate”, subject to availability. The invoice will show a 25% discount on each room.

Guarantee Policy

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card valid at the date of the start of your stay, unless otherwise specified

Cancellation Policy

No cancellation charge applies prior to 18:00 (local time), up to 1 day prior to arrival. Beyond that time, the first night will be charged.

Check in Policy

The room is available from 14:00.

Check out Policy

The room must be vacated by 12:00 at the latest.

Children Policy

Accommodation and breakfast are free for 3 children under 7 years sharing parents’ room. From 7 to 12 years: accommodation is free, 50.00 pct discount on breakfast.

Modification policy

If only the second room is cancelled, the customer will no longer be able to take advantage of the Family offer discount on 2nd room, and the parents’room will be charged at the Flexible Rate.
