What’s buffet without the Greens, Meat stations and a curated selection of Gourmet Cheese, Bread Basket, Hot Selections, Pasta and Soup selection reflecting the Chinese, Thai and the Indonesian cuisines in Asia, including Herbal Bak Kut Teh, Tom Yum Goong and Batavia Beef Soup.

The buffet dinner spread is extended to include a carving station with items like Five Spice Roasted Pork Belly, Herb Crusted Australian Beef Ribeye Roll, Coriander Roasted Leg of Lamb, and more.

End the hearty meal on a sweet note with dessert options such as Milk Tea-Infused Crème Brûlée, Ice Cream selections and dinner-only Shaved Ice Counter.
